Privacy Policy

Anzan ("we", "the app") is a mental arithmetic training application used by coaches, their students, and administrators. The app is served from anzan.mahd.dev and wrapped in the Android application "Edison Anzan".

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data — username, hashed password, first/last name, phone number, address, city, and (for coaches) Facebook profile reference.
• Children data — names (Latin and Arabic), age, education level, training level and progress history, play sessions and scores. This information is provided by the coach or parent who manages the child's account.
• Order data — articles ordered, quantities, and delivery information (recipient name, phone, address).
• Messages & notifications — in-app messages between users, and push notification tokens when you enable notifications.
• Photos — profile pictures you choose to upload.
• Technical logs — audit records of actions performed in the app (who created or changed what, and when).

• To authenticate you and operate your account.
• To track children's training levels, sessions, and progress.
• To process and deliver marketplace orders.
• To send order status updates and in-app notifications.
• To keep an audit trail for security and support purposes.

The service is directed at children supervised by their coach or parent. Children's accounts are created and managed by coaches and parents, who are responsible for providing and authorizing the child's data. Children use the app to practice mental arithmetic under this supervision. We do not show advertising to children and do not sell children's data. If you are a parent or coach and want a child's data corrected or deleted, contact us at the email above.

Order, client, and training data is synchronized with the Edison management system, which powers order fulfilment and client administration. Files and images are stored on external object storage. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone else.

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data (including a child's data) at any time by contacting us. Order records may be retained for accounting obligations.

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access is role-based (coach, child, administrator) and every sensitive action is logged. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date below always reflects the current version.
